The Bulli Brickworks site is a 260 Lot Residential Subdivision in the foothills of the Illawarra Escarpment in the northern suburbs of Wollongong. Site Plus was responsible for the subdivision development approval and construction certificate plans, concept design for the RMS dual carriageway bridge, watercourse diversion design, WSUD and extensive earthworks design.
